Dear Madam, Sir, In our search for organisations that are also interested in and concerned with sustainable development, we have come across your website. We found it very informative. We from Rabobank International, a wholesale bank with extensive knowledge of food and agribusiness, are also committed to sustainability. In order to create a platform for discussion on this important subject, we are organising a Global Conference on Sustainability, which is being held on 28th and 29th of May. Authoritative speakers from pioneering international corporations, governments and NGOs will offer their insights into an issue whose importance and relevance is undisputed. Amongst the speakers are the chairmen of the board of the Royal Dutch Shell Group, Heineken NV and Proctor & Gamble as well as the directors of the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) and the World Bank. We thought that this conference may also be of interest to you. If you would like to have more information or if you want to see the on-line coverage of the conference, you can visit us at : http://www.rabobank.com/sustainability If you think that publishing a link to our conference -- on your website or in any sustainability oriented news groups that you participate in -- could contribute further to promoting the ideas of sustainable development, we would very much welcome this.
