Chad joined the EDRC team in June 2023.
He is also a member of the Global Military Advisory Council on Climate Change (GMACCC) and a member of the Expert Group of our project on Climate and Security Action through Civil-Military Cooperation in Climate-Related Emergencies (Project CASA).
Since October 2023, Chad is Professor and Academic Program Director, in the Executive Masters in Disaster Risk and Crisis Management programme at the Asian Institute of Management in Manila
Hi is also Principal, Global Interconnections LLC and Lecturer, Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs (AAP).
Hi is also former Director of Graduate Studies at the University of Alaska Anchorage, former member, Public Policy & International Relations faculty, American University in Kosovo, former, Minerva Chair of Energy and Environmental Security, Maxwell AFB, AL, USAF, former member Faculty, Environmental Sciences & International, Lehigh University, and former Senior Advisor, U.S. Department of Energy.
